What I Do
I approach care on an individual basis meeting patients where they are at to assist patients in developing and reaching their own realistic goals. I am passionate about promoting a positive relationship with food.
My clinical interests include prediabetes / diabetes, allergies, mindful eating, and enteral nutrition.
Why I Love My Work
What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know the people I am working with (the patient). Nutrition is not a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, so finding out what kind of values and mindset a person has sets the stage for what kind of interventions we will discuss. This really keeps things interesting in the office.

My hobbies include experimenting with new food products & recipes and being outdoors.
