What I Do

As a family practice provider, I work with my patients to help them achieve their health goals. My clinical interests are in disease prevention and management. I believe in providing patients with a holistic approach to care which focuses on health of the mind, body and soul.

Why I Love My Work

I became a Nurse Practitioner after working as a nurse for 13 years in various roles. My desire to provide a higher level of care with a focus on disease prevention led me to pursue a career in family medicine. I enjoy working with my patients to help them understand their options and make choices that improve their health.

Getting to Know Me

I have lived in Central Minnesota my entire life and worked for CentraCare for more than 10 years. My husband and I have four children, we love to be outside and enjoy camping, swimming, boating and four wheeling. Personally, I love to run and I’ve completed marathons, half marathons and 5Ks.
