What I Do

My philosophy of care is to meet patients where they are now to come to a common treatment goal. I work in collaboration with primary care providers at CentraCare – Sartell Clinic to provide integrated behavioral health services. I work with people of all ages, alongside their medical providers, to address their physical and emotional health. I do this with the goal of improving their overall well-being.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, playing volleyball, swimming and spending time with my family.
