What I Do
My philosophy of care involves treating others how I would want to be treated. I always keep in mind that my patients are people too. This allows me to keep an open mind so we can formulate the best treatment plan together as a team. My special clinical interests include acute and chronic urticaria and angioedema, food allergies, seasonal allergic and nonallergic rhinitis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and immune deficiencies.
Why I Love My Work
I love interacting with my patients. I am a people person and I feel that getting to know people helps me provide superb patient care.
I was born and raised in New York City and, growing up in an area with a lack of healthcare, I became aware of the disparity at a young age. My natural affinity towards the sciences led me to a career in medicine. While working as a researcher in the Allergy and Immunology department of a large institution, I found a passion for the specialty.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy weightlifting, spending time with friends, and action movies.
