What I Do
My philosophy of care is to provide an individualized approach to joint replacement surgery that is rooted in sound evidence-based care.
My clinical interests include orthopedic adult reconstruction, specifically primary and revision placement of the hips and knees.
Why I Love My Work
I was drawn to orthopedic surgery by the ability to provide meaningful care to an array of complex musculoskeletal problems using compassion, sound science and mechanics and a hard-working team-based approach. What I find most gratifying about my work is helping people and guiding them through complex problems and treatment pathways.
Getting to Know Me
I am a Minnesota native, and I am honored and privileged to return to service the people and communities I grew up with. I chose to join CentraCare for the people, the team and the community. This is a special group of people who are all committed to providing top-notch patient care.
When not spending time outside the hospital exploring local parks or hiking with friends and family, you'll occasionally find me pushing a puck or two around at the local hockey rink. My interests also include electronics and science fiction.
