What I Do

For more than 15 years, I have provided palliative care to patients and their families. In this role, I aim to give patients control when options feel limited. I explore patient values and recommend a medical plan that aligns with what is most important to them.

Why I Love My Work

I enjoy meeting with patients and families, hearing their stories, helping them to understand and finding out what matters to them most.
I was drawn to both the scientific and human aspects of providing medical care. I don’t feel like I chose palliative care. It chose me.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, being with family, practicing yoga and scuba diving with my husband.
