What I Do
I am the director of and a family clinician at Navigate, which is a treatment program for individuals experiencing symptoms of a first episode of psychosis. This program is focused on support, education and the building of resiliency amongst patients and their support systems. I enjoy helping patients highlight their strengths, lean into growth edges, and gain coping skills and confidence along the way. The goals of Navigate include offering symptom relief, working toward fewer future episodes, providing tools for wellness, and building a life that provides a sense of meaning and purpose.
Why I Love My Work
I enjoy providing patients with education, easy-to-use interventions and strategies, and support.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m a busy mom of four children.
