    Tiffany Sande was very thorough and considered ALL my medical conditions in diagnosis any new developments or medication changes. She had some concerns with heart failure issues, and stepped out to meet with [...]. Impressive. She left me with instructions to monitor systems of heart failure. Excellent. I appreciate that she uses clinical vocabulary and doesn't patronize me. She is outstanding. A great visit. I'm in good hand with Sande.
