What I Do
I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. My goal is to work collaboratively with individuals to help them better understand the path they are on or to see different ways of traversing life. I want to empower people to take control of their destination.
My special clinical interests include trauma, depression, anxiety, anger issues, chronic pain, and life transitions.
Why I Love My Work
I have always loved working with others and being there to provide support when they need it most. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the progress that occurs and being able to teach people about how mental health has evolved. I enjoy taking part in breaking the stigma of mental health.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my dog on walks and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy sports, music and photography.
