What I Do
I believe in providing patient-centered, evidence-based care that emphasizes compassion, trust and prevention. My goal is to help patients achieve their best health through every stage of life. My particular interests include sports medicine, critical care and longitudinal pediatric care.
Why I Love My Work
My lifelong journey has taught me the importance of early intervention and how continuity of care can help detect and prevent serious health conditions over time. That’s what inspired me to choose family medicine. I enjoy caring for patients across all stages of life and seeing a wide variety of conditions and levels of acuity.
Getting to Know Me
Outside of medicine, I enjoy staying active through running, strength training, soccer, pickleball and scuba diving. I also enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures, which has strengthened my interest in global health. A fun fact is that I completed my first half marathon in 2026.
