I focus on empowering and encouraging my patients to improve their quality of life. I am passionate about providing evidence-based care in the areas of weight management and eating disorders.
Why I Love My Work
My favorite part about my job is working with patients to achieve their goals and supporting them along the way. I chose CentraCare because of my experiences working at almost every level of the CentraCare health care system. I have always been surrounded by incredibly hardworking, passionate individuals who care deeply about the health of this community.
Getting to Know Me
I grew up here. As an Apollo High School and College of Saint Benedict graduate, I am excited to give back to the communities that raised me. Outside of work, I enjoy ice skating in the winter and being on the many lakes around the area in the summer.
