Message from the Employee Campaign Chair

Dear Colleague,

I’m sure most of us would agree that the last two years have been the most challenging in our health care careers.

As I reflect on our shared experiences over the past year, I acknowledge every one of you for the grace, love, purpose, caring and hope you have displayed throughout the past year. I know the memories of helping each other, serving our neighbors and our families, and finding ways to be better together will remain with us.

It has been remarkable to witness the bonds that have been established among teams — both internal and external — and between the individuals who continue to work together day-in and day-out to help navigate this pandemic. These relationships are the cornerstone for what we have accomplished over the past year — and the reason why our organization has emerged as a beacon of light through some of the darkest days.

We have felt the generous support from our community, which reflects the caring and compassionate work you do every day. I am honored to work with employees whose generosity goes beyond providing exceptional care and invite you to rise to the occasion once again in support of our 2022 Employee Campaign.
