Diabetes Programs
Diabetes Self-Management
Offers education and continued support to diabetics to provide the skills necessary to stay well and prevent complications. This program is offered through individual sessions or group sessions with certified nurse or dietician.
Gestational Diabetes
Assists expectant parents and their provider with high-quality monitored care. Offers a complimentary blood glucose monitor for use during their pregnancy.
Inpatient Diabetes
Provides assistance to diabetics staying at the CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital. During your stay, we educate you on skills needed to manage diabetes and also offer follow-up care after your stay.
Insulin Pump Therapy
A certified pump trainer teaches patients how to make a smooth transition to this method of diabetes care.
