About This Location

CentraCare – Family Health Clinic is a full-spectrum family medicine clinic providing care to patients of all ages including pregnancy-related care. We manage acute illnesses, take care of chronic diseases, emphasize wellness and prevention, and perform office procedures. Our family physicians train new physicians (residents) in the specialty of family medicine in partnership with the University of Minnesota Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Your care team may include resident doctors, family medicine doctors, and advanced practice providers. We also have many resources on site to comprehensively manage your health.

  • Our onsite behavioral health team can help you manage mental health concerns.
  • An osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) program uses pressure, therapeutic movements and exercise to improve muscle and skeleton issues.
  • Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid is on-site three times a week to give free legal advice on child custody, housing, public benefits and more.

  • We partner with community paramedics to visit your home to provide health assessments and education.

Pregnancy and Baby Care

We specialize in caring for all ages, including pregnancy and baby care. The provider you choose will be there for all your health care needs, including during pregnancy, labor and delivery of your baby. We specialize in caring for the entire family, so you and your baby can continue to see the same provider throughout your life.

Our clinic has a Mother’s Room that is available for those who are breastfeeding, pumping or in need of a quiet space for mom and baby time.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, call 320-240-3157. You will need to schedule a separate appointment for each family member. Tell us if you will need an interpreter. This service is free.

Payment

Bring your insurance information to your first visit. We accept most types, including Medicare, Medicaid, MinnesotaCare and private insurance. If needed, call 320-255-5622 for financial assistance and our sliding fee scale. We provide care to everyone — even those without insurance.

CentraCare care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted.
