The CentraCare – Dental Clinic is a collaborative effort between CentraCare and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry’s community outreach programs.
The Dental Clinic is located on the 3rd floor of CentraCare – Rice Memorial Hospital. Patients should use the hospital’s West Entrance, located on 4th St SW and Trott Ave SW.
Designated parking spaces for patients of CentraCare – Dental Clinic are available in the public parking lot across from the hospital’s West Entrance. Click here for parking map. (PDF)
