CentraCare – Paynesville Clinic provides a convenient walk-in care option when your primary care team isn’t available, or you’re experiencing a common illness or minor injury that doesn't require a trip to the emergency room.
Walk-In Care is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No appointment is needed. Patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis for common symptoms and illnesses such as:
- Allergies
- Asthma
- Bladder infection/urinary symptoms (UTIs)
- Cough
- Ear pain / earache
- Fever
- Headache (migraine)
- Insect/tick bites
- Mild abdominal pain
- Mild broken bones/fractures
- Mild pain, body aches, or joint pain
- Minor cuts
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis) or eye infection
- Rash or skin infection
- Sinus infection (sinusitis) or runny nose
- Sore throat
- Sprains and strains
- STD/STI check
- Wart removal (minor)
To ensure we can provide safe and timely care, we may need to stop accepting new walk-in patients if wait times exceed what can be managed before closing. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to serving as many patients as possible each day.
