Walk-in Care

CentraCare – Redwood Clinic provides a convenient walk-in care option when your primary care team isn’t available, or you’re experiencing a common illness or minor injury that doesn't require a trip to the emergency room. 

Walk-In Care is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, from 9 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.  No appointment is needed. Patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis for common symptoms and illnesses such as:

  • Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Bladder infection/urinary symptoms (UTIs)
  • Cough
  • Ear pain / earache
  • Fever
  • Headache (migraine)
  • Insect/tick bites
  • Mild abdominal pain
  • Mild broken bones/fractures
  • Mild pain, body aches or joint pain
  • Minor cuts
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Pink eye (conjunctivitis) or eye infection
  • Rash or skin infection
  • Sinus infection (sinusitis) or runny nose
  • Sore throat
  • Sprains and strains
  • STD/STI check
  • Wart removal (minor)

To ensure we can provide safe and timely care, we may need to stop accepting new walk-in patients if wait times exceed what can be managed before closing. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to serving as many patients as possible each day.
