John Mullen, PharmD, PGY1 Pharmacy Resident (2017-2018)John Mullen, PharmD

Practice Interests: Infectious disease and internal medicine

Residency Capstone Project: Implementation of an Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at St. Cloud Hospital

Dr. Mullen is from Fargo, North Dakota and graduated from North Dakota State University School of Pharmacy in 2017. He serves on the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee at St. Cloud Hospital. Outside of work, John likes to spend time with family and friends at the lake, hiking and hanging out with his friends’ dogs.


Hannah Packer, PharmDHannah Packer, PharmD, PGY1 Pharmacy Resident (2017-2018)

Practice Interests: Pediatrics, infectious disease and psychiatry

Residency Capstone Project: Reduction of Propofol Titration Limits and the Effects on Sedation Practices and Safety Outcomes

Dr. Packer is originally from Princeton, MN. She graduated from South Dakota State University College of Pharmacy in 2017 and completed her undergraduate degree at St. Cloud State University. Hannah currently serves as a member of the P&T Committee at St. Cloud Hospital. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys reading, spending time with friends and hanging out with her dog, Bozley.
