    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care is placing health care into the patient’s hands to educate them on health and wellness and ensuring that they have all the tools to live their best lives. My special clinical interests include promoting health and wellness, addiction, jail medicine, women, and children.

    Why I Love My Work
The best part about my job is being able to help people through some of the hardest times in their lives and seeing them at their best. I enjoy providing whole family care. It allows me to really understand my patients when I take care of their whole family.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy hunting, fishing, and expanding on our growing hobby farm. Before becoming a family nurse practitioner, I was in the military for eight years. I joined when I was 17 and from 2005-2007, I was activated to Operation Iraqi Freedom.
