    Biography

    What I Do
I partner with individuals and families across the lifespan to provide holistic, comprehensive care while utilizing shared decision-making. My goal is to make people feel cared for and "heard." I want to ensure individuals and families receive the information they need to make informed decisions about their health care that fits into their beliefs, values and lifestyles. I especially enjoy working with families with children, adolescents and teens, LGBTQ individuals and families, and those of different ethnicities.

My special interests include population health, health promotion, office procedures and precepting students.

    Why I Love My Work
I love my job because it gives me a chance to connect with people, learn about life experiences different than my own, and to serve others. Being a practitioner in a family practice clinic allows me to experience a lot of variety, and I never become bored!

    Getting to Know Me
My hobbies include spending time in the great outdoors with my family and dogs while kayaking, hiking, paddle boarding, biking, swimming, scuba diving and traveling.
