NAVIGATE Treatment Program
For People Going Through a First Episode of Psychosis - In Partnership With University of Minnesota Physicians
What is Psychosis
Symptoms of psychosis can make it hard to know what is real and what is not, people can hear or see things that aren’t there (hallucinations), believe things that aren’t true (delusions), or have trouble thinking clearly and speaking clearly (disorganized speech). These symptoms can make it hard to complete day-to-day activities such as going to work or school or wanting to be around family and friends.

Why Choose Our NAVIGATE Team
People who receive early support during a first episode of psychosis often experience stronger long-term wellness, greater independence and improved quality of life. The CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital NAVIGATE Program, in partnership with University of Minnesota Physicians, is backed by research. Its goal is to help people to recover from symptoms of psychosis so they can continue to live a fulfilling and productive life. Our team also helps family members understand what their loved one is experiencing and learn to better support their loved one’s path to recovery.
