Why Choose Us For Massage?

Results-Based – Therapeutic massage is no ordinary “run-of-the-mill” massage. It focuses on relief or recovery from pain, headaches/migraines and stress, as well as dozens of other conditions associated with the musculoskeletal system.

Clean and Professional Environment – Our massage rooms are set to the same standard of cleanliness as any other CentraCare facility. Our therapists are professionally trained and provide dignity and respect to all patients.

Custom Massage Treatments – Every treatment is unique to the individual — no “cookie cutter” routines that are the same for everyone. Every body has different needs and we treat it that way.

No Need for Gratuity – What you pay for your treatment is what you pay. We do not accept tips. If you insist on giving back, a referral is the greatest gratuity we can receive.

What Types of Massages Do We Offer?

Swedish Massage: The most popular for relaxation and stress, the long flowing strokes, kneading and friction of a Swedish massage can also increase circulation and ease muscle pain.

Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy: Trigger points are found in muscles where knots have formed and caused pain in other areas of the body. The therapist applies pressure to trigger points in the deep layers of muscle to decrease pain, reduce stress and increase range of motion.

Myofascial Release: Myofascial release can help manage chronic pain, headaches, neck pain, scar tissue and more. The therapist uses gentle pressure to release restrictions in the connective tissue.

Aromatherapy: Aromatherapy enhances massage therapy and can help with pain reduction, anxiety and depression. This stimulating and uplifting therapy can be inhaled or used topically.

Esalen Massage: Esalen massage looks at the body as a whole rather than as separate parts. Through a variety of techniques, you will become aware of how you are holding tension in your body.
