You are not alone. This Shared Medical Appointment (SMA) will highlight how common migraines are, as well as the impacts of migraine on family, social and work/career life. The SMA will explore different phases of a migraine, different types of migraine, as well as offer tips for migraine management. You will leave the SMA with a migraine diary as well as educational information to keep with you.
