We offer a unique program that provides education on your condition and offers advice on diet, exercise, tobacco cessation and medications so you can self-manage your condition. Advanced Heart Failure Solutions

For people with end-stage heart failure, we provide consultations related to a heart transplant or left ventricular assist device (LVAD), a surgically implanted pump that assists the heart. Our team works closely with the University of Minnesota to provide these advanced treatment options.
