You can get a heart test in one of our mobile clinics, or see us for evaluations and follow-up care at a local medical office, keeping your hometown health care team closely involved. If you need more specialized services, such as heart surgery, we’ll work with you on a smooth transfer of care from your local clinic to St. Cloud. Referral team members can assist you in finding the most convenient option for the care you need.
