Medication Therapy Management

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a clinic appointment with a specially trained pharmacist who helps patients get the most out their medications to reduce pain intensity and meet their functional goals. At your appointment, you will meet one-on-one with a licensed MTM pharmacist who will provide an in-depth review of all your medications including: prescription medications, herbal and dietary supplements and other over-the-counter products. The MTM pharmacist will monitor the safety and efficacy of medications as part of a coordinated interdisciplinary team approach to pain care.
