Contact Us With Questions

Talk with your child’s hospitalist or primary care provider. You will be referred to a specialist at the Infant & Development Clinic, located at CentraCare Plaza Pediatric Specialty Clinic.

If you have been referred to the clinic and have questions, call us at 320-229-4908.

What to Expect at Your Specialty Visit

A team of developmental specialists will meet with you and your child.

  • An occupational or physical therapist will assess your child’s speech and language skills, fine and gross motor skills, social and emotional development and activities of daily living.
  • A registered dietitian will assess nutrition, feeding and growth.
  • A medical provider will assess further development risk and discuss with you your child’s progress, as well as treatment options if needed.

Visits typically take place at 6 months, 12 months and 24 months of age. These clinic visits do not replace routine checkups with your child’s primary care provider.
