Make an Appointment
Depending on your insurance, you may not need a doctor’s referral to make a physical therapy appointment. Check with your insurance first. If you don’t need a referral, choose the CentraCare location where you’d like to receive physical therapy and call to make an appointment.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Your first appointment with your therapist will establish a care plan detailing how often and long you’ll need physical therapy and the exercises you must do at home.

Crutch Safety
Presented by CentraCare Plaza Adult Rehabilitation and CentraCare Surgery Center, learn how to make your home safe for using crutches and how to correctly set up your crutches. You also will learn how to safely walk from non-weight bearing to weight bearing and navigating stairs.
