Miriam’s Finger Lickin’ Chicken Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Chicken Soup Meal Replacement
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray Teflon baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix the Chicken Soup Meal Replacement, spices, and 4 Tbsp. water in a bowl. Mix in remaining 2 Tbsp. water.
  3. Place spoonfuls onto pan.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 ½ minutes on lower shelf. Then, bake at 3 ½ minutes on the highest shelf. YOU MUST STAND BY THE OVEN AND WATCH THE BROWNING PROCESS BECAUSE THEY WILL BURN EASILY.
  5. This recipe makes 3 cookie sheets full. The entire recipe equals ONE meal beverage/replacement serving.
