Salsa Chicken in a Slow Cooker


  • 4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 32 oz. salsa
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 can (14.5 oz. ) black beans, drained
  • Flour tortillas
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Reduced fat cheese
  • Salsa


  1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Place first four ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Thirty to 60 minutes before serving, remove chicken, shred and return to slow cooker.

  4. Serve as in tortillas and add other desired condiments.
