Sutter’s Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Chocolate Beverage Meal Replacement
  • 3 packets artificial sweetener
  • 3 tsp. cocoa
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ¼ tsp. almond extract
  • 3 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients — save one packet of artificial sweetener!
  3. Add more water by teaspoon until the consistency of smooth, thick brownie dough. (Only if the dough is too stiff.)
  4. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a cookie sheet and drop the dough by rounded teaspoon onto the sheet. Sprinkle one packet of artificial sweetener over the tops prior to baking. Bake for no longer than 5 min.
  5. Makes 10 to 12 cookies.
  6. Use for two meals.
