Wanna Come Out and Play: A Bounce Back Project Event

Published in

The Bounce Back Project is hosting a night of laughter with Wanna Come Out and Play, featuring the comedy of The Peabody Players, on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 8 p.m. at River City Extreme in Monticello.

“The Bounce Back Project is proud to host this fun and uplifting event,” said Melissa Pribyl, MSN, RN, Community Wellness Specialist at CentraCare Health – Monticello and Bounce Back Project Lead in Monticello. “Studies show that self-care is not only important for our physical health, but also our mind, body, and soul.  When we take care of ourselves first, we have much more to offer those around us.  Laughing strengthens our relationships with others, relieves stress and anxiety, and enhances resilience. Wanna Come Out and Play provides a fun night for our community to come together and take care of ourselves through laughter and a comedic performance from the Peabody Players. Guests are also encouraged to bring a food shelf donation to inspire happiness by sharing kindness with others.”

For more information about this event, or to register to attend, visit  centracare.com and search for Bounce Back in classes and events.  The cost to attend is $10 in advance and $12 cash only at the door. Light refreshments will be served.
