Giving Back and Making a Difference

CentraCare volunteers represent an extension of the passion we have for our patients and their families. By sharing your time and talents, you become a valuable part of our health care team and make a difference in people’s lives.

Each year, more than 1,900 volunteers contribute more than 149,000 hours of service to CentraCare. Our volunteers consist of men, women, adults, college students and teens with a variety of backgrounds.

Volunteer opportunities are available at a variety of CentraCare locations and in various capacities:

• Assisting staff in patient/resident care areas
• Providing information and service to families
• Working in clerical or office capacities
• Supporting Cancer Care
• Hospice
• Patient & Family Partner Program
• Animal-Assisted Therapy
