COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update Learn More

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

CentraCare care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to help us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.

Discover your best self with sports nutrition classes

This summer Lifestyle Health by CentraCare Health is offering two sports nutrition classes to help new and experienced athletes achieve their best performance.

An Introduction to Sports Nutrition class targets those exercising 60 minutes or less, including those with goals of a 5K, 10K or general workout routine. The class takes place June 20, focusing on fueling the body with foods and fluids to get through training without a stomach or side ache and feeling energized to the finish! Learn more and register for Introduction to Sports Nutrition.

An Advanced Sports Nutrition class addresses food-related challenges unique to competitive athletes who participate in vigorous workout sessions, especially those preparing for endurance activities such as half marathons, marathons, cycling events or triathlons. The class takes place July 25, focusing on maximizing daily training, recovery period and race performance through strategic hydration and fueling. Learn more and register for Advanced Sports Nutrition.
