CentraCare Foundation’s 2019 Holly Ball sets a record!

Published in Media Releases

The CentraCare Foundation presented the 45th annual Holly Ball on Dec. 7 at the River’s Edge Convention Center with more than 2,000 guests in attendance. The 45th Voyage event raised a record-breaking amount of nearly $865,000, which included a Fund-A-Need segment that raised more than $135,000 onsite!

In Holly Ball’s dinner room, the live program included co-emcees Marc Sanderson and Larry Logeman, with special guest speaker Willow Sweeney Flaherty. It also featured the world premiere of the music video “Walk Together” with a live performance by local musician Michael Shynes and dancers from Ms. Melinda’s Dance Studio.

Also, hundreds of enthusiastic volunteers contributed to making this event a success, including chairs Chanda Gebhardt, Melissa Rothstein, Jessica Soldner, Lily Tenvoorde and Kelly Wahlin, along with Vice Chair Jodi Erkens. Funds raised will benefit the CentraCare Hospice and Coborn Cancer Center Greatest Needs Funds.

Save the date for the 46th annual Holly Ball on Dec. 5, 2020!
