Carris Health Foundation Integrates with the CentraCare Foundation

Greetings from the CentraCare Foundation team! We hope this note finds you enjoying the final weeks of summer. With some newer staffing updates at our Foundation office, we wanted to take the time to introduce ourselves.

"I began my role as a Sr. Development Officer with CentraCare Foundation, based in the Willmar location, in May of this year. I was previously with Catholic Charities for over ten years and non-profit development for over 20 years. I am excited to continue strengthening relationships through collaboration with one another and a commitment to the patients and families we serve in the communities we call home."– Bobbie Mattison

"I have been with the Foundation for the past four and a half years, and I am typically working out of our Redwood Falls location where I live with my family but serving both Redwood and Willmar locations. I have served in this role throughout our system integration, including Redwood Area Hospital Foundation and Carris Health Foundation. I've had the pleasure of meeting many of our Foundation friends, and I look forward to connecting with others in the future."– Samantha Loomis

Along with introducing ourselves, we wanted to share the impact your gifts have made in fiscal year 2022 and provide recent updates from our Foundation office.

We're extremely grateful for the local support we receive. Through our partnerships with individuals, businesses, and organizations, CentraCare Foundation provides hope, and we help to improve the health and well-being of those who call this area home. This past year we raised over $700,000 that supported individuals, families, and programs within the communities we serve. Your support goes a long way toward improving the lives of patients in and around Willmar and Redwood Falls area.

As you may know, on June 1, the Carris Health name officially transitioned to CentraCare. This change reflects the shared processes and strategies that Carris Health and CentraCare have developed over the last several years.

This summer the Carris Health Foundation Board also voted to integrate with the CentraCare Foundation. While we now have the same CentraCare Foundation name, you can rest assured that all your donations will continue to support the programs you designate on a local level. Aligning with CentraCare Foundation will position Redwood Falls and Willmar regional sites for continued success and additional resources in our communities.

CentraCare Foundation provides a way for you to support advances in treatment and technology across a spectrum of health care services in Central Minnesota, as well as to ensure that support services that provide hope and healing are offered to all who need them.
