Free Cooking Demonstration Featuring Plant-Based, Heart Healthy Diet

Research shows that a diet rich in plant-based foods like fruits and vegetables is tied to a reduced risk of chronic disease.

Join registered dietitians from the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, inside the Cardiac Rehab Teaching Kitchen for a cooking class focusing on a plant-based diet. The teaching kitchen is located inside CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center at CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital, 1406 Sixth Avenue North.

The dietitians will share strategies for including more plant-based recipes into your routine. They will prepare three recipes in front of the group and provide samples.
