    Biography

    What I Do

I greatly enjoy applying biomechanics and anatomy to diagnose, treat, and care for patients with musculoskeletal dysfunctions. The best part of my day is helping athletes return to their sport, enabling patients to move better with fewer symptoms, and making people feel better about themselves overall.

My clinical interests include orthopedics and sports medicine.

    Why I Love My Work

I take great satisfaction in helping patients by providing them with the knowledge and skills to improve and progress. I also enjoy solving biomechanical problems with athletes that cause pain during sports participation.

Since high school, I have always considered a career in the medical field. After observing different medical careers, it became clear that physical therapy was a good fit for me. My parents recognized my aptitude for science and encouraged me to pursue an undergraduate degree at a school with strong pre-med and pre-PT programs. I especially enjoyed my Anatomy and Physiology classes in high school, which further guided my decision.

    Getting to Know Me

I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding a 4-wheeler, being at the lake, and spending time with my family. A unique fact about me is that I am one of six kids, and two of my siblings are also in healthcare.
