    Biography

    What I Do
As a health coach, I listen to my patients with an empathetic and nonjudgmental ear while helping guide them through their health and wellness journey. I believe that overall health and wellness is a journey and not a destination. The body is continually changing, and we must be willing to adapt and adjust with these changes. I believe it is best to stay open minded as we learn about our bodies and what is best for them since one-size-does-not-fit-all.

    Why I Love My Work
I enjoy listening to my patients and getting to know them. By doing this, I can help give them the tools, encouragement and support they need for optimal success. Every patient needs a different level of guidance and support. As patients move through their care journey, they should know that they can count on us and they are not alone.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work I like to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy working out, cooking, traveling and walking our two dogs. I completed my community health internship with CentraCare 14 years ago. I knew after my internship that I wanted to be a part of this organization and all the wonderful things it offers Central Minnesota.
