    What I Do
I feel passionate about utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed care approach with my patients. I work with the Integrated Behavioral Health team, in which we work as a team of nurses, physicians and community partners to utilize a holistic approach to care, that is, healthy mind, body and soul with the patients we serve.

My clinical interests include couples therapy, working with abuse survivors and supporting individuals involved with the legal system. I specialize in treating various sexual disorders. I also have extensive experience working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and various characterological struggles. I work with clients ages 18 and above.

    Why I Love My Work
It is truly humbling and such a gift to walk with patients through their mental health journey. I am honored to hear their personal stories. The journey takes tremendous courage and I feel grateful to be able to do this work every day.

    Getting to Know Me
I attended Cathedral High School, where we were required to complete community service. I worked at the Children’s Home, which was a residential placement for children that were struggling. I have enjoyed working in the mental health field ever since. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family the most. Relationships are extremely important to me. I also love yoga, music, movies, cooking and traveling.
