    Biography

    What I Do
I use education, exercise, and manual therapy to help each of my patients to live the life they want to live. I think that the more we know about how our bodies work, the better we can improve how they work, and the healthier we can be! My clinical interests include pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, and lymphedema.

    Why I Love My Work
I want to help my patients live their best lives and help them learn to manage the issues that keep them from living their lives. Being a physical therapist inspires me to always learn and grow. What I enjoy most about my job is learning from my patients about the body and about life! I joined CentraCare because it means a lot to be able to offer a specialty service in the town in which I live. I love being able to help my neighbors.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy running and spending time with my husband and our two children. I love to travel and have been to many exciting places like Italy, Kenya, and Australia.
