    Biography

    What I Do
I believe everyone deserves the utmost level of respect and care. My goal is to help my patients return to or maintain their highest quality of life. With a focus on patient education and shared decision making, together we can achieve optimal outcomes.

My clinical interests include heart failure, atrial fibrillation and coronary artery disease.

    Why I Love My Work
I enjoy connecting with my patients and helping them take control of their health. Having a job that goes beyond clinical decision making is so rewarding.

    Getting to Know Me
I knew at a young age that I wanted a career in medicine because of my interest in the science behind the human body. I have always been interested in how the heart works.

As a previous fitness professional, I enjoy going to the gym, attending group fitness classes, going for walks/runs with my dog and hiking with my family. Most weekends in the summer you can find me at the family cabin, soaking up the beautiful weather by the lake. Another fun fact about me is that I had the chance to travel to Peru for a medical mission trip. While there, I was able to cross Machu Picchu off my bucket list!
