    What I Do
My philosophy of care is based on a team approach where I am part of each patient’s health care team. There are many ways to reach health goals and I look at each person and their situation individually. I want my patients to know that I am committed to their wellbeing and that I am friendly and on-time.

My clinical interests include caring for all ages, from 6 weeks old through elderly ages, as well as sports medicine, acute care, and office-based procedures.

    Why I Love My Work
Most of all, I enjoy the provider-patient relationship. I like meeting and helping people from different backgrounds. I chose to pursue a career in family medicine because I like the variety of health concerns that I see in my practice. I joined CentraCare because it has many specialists in a dependable referral network for my patients.

    Getting to Know Me
I like the values that people of Central Minnesota have. Our community is strong, diverse, and optimally located. When I am not working, you can find me enjoying a variety of outdoor activities including golf, boating, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing.

I come from a large family of seven brothers and sisters. Four of my siblings were adopted from Seoul, South Korea.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

CentraCare care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to help us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.
  • If your situation is not an emergency, please use other care options, including:
  • If this is a medical emergency, call 9-1-1, or visit the ER.

Together, we can do this. Thank you for your support.
