Pricing & Financial Assistance
Pricing & Cost of Care Estimates
We want to help you be informed about out-of-pocket costs for care or services you will receive at CentraCare. To help you learn what your costs may be, we now offer a tool in MyChart you can use to create estimates for the cost of care.
Estimates in MyChart
- If you have an existing MyChart account, you can login and get started.
- If you do not have a MyChart account, you can get an estimate using the MyChart Guest Estimate tool. Get started as a Guest.
Patient Price Estimate Request Form
You also may use the Patient Price Estimate Request Form to learn how much a medical service or procedure will cost. Staff from CentraCare's Financial Clearance department will review your information and respond to you within two business days.
Convening Provider Price Estimate Request Form
For convening provider organizations, you may submit a Convening Provider Estimate Request Form to receive a Good Faith Estimate for services performed by CentraCare physicians or providers at non-CentraCare locations. CentraCare's Financial Clearance department will review your information and respond to you within the guidelines set by the No Surprises Act.
For questions, please call 320-251-2700, ext. 53129
Estimates for Scheduled Services
Once your procedure has been scheduled, a financial counselor may contact you to provide an estimate of the charges; to help you understand what your responsibility will be; and to discuss payment of the estimated balance due.
Our policy is to request patients pay their estimated patient responsibility prior to the procedure. If you are unable to pay in full the estimated patient balance prior to the procedure, we do offer an extended no interest payment plan option.
If you have questions, please call our financial counselor at 320-255-5616, ext. 55616.
Good Faith Estimate Disclosure
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit CMS.gov or call 1-320-251-2700, ext. 53129.
