  Biography

  What I Do
  As a dietitian, I see patients of all ages for their nutritional concerns. I work to create a trusting relationship with my patients so they can confide and set goals to achieve the results they desire. My clinical interests include lifestyle changes for weight management, heart health, diabetes and elderly nutrition. I am also a certified lactation counselor (CLC). In this role, I provide lactation support to mothers on their breastfeeding journey.

  Why I Love My Work
  I enjoy being able to connect with patients and assist them in making healthy lifestyle changes. I grew up in Central Minnesota. It is very satisfying to know I can give back my knowledge and skills to this community.

  Getting to Know Me
  Outside of work, my hobbies include traveling, baking and spending time with family and friends. In the summers, I enjoy time at our family cabin on Little Birch Lake.
