    Biography

    What I Do
Specializing in cardiac nutrition, I tailor information to meet the needs of individual patients. Nutrition and heart health go hand in hand, and most people I work with are very motivated to make lifestyle changes. I enjoy relaying nutrition information in a way people can understand and apply to their lives. I also help patients create realistic and achievable goals. My clinical interests include lipid management and culinary nutrition. I also hold a certificate of training in adult weight management.

    Why I Love My Work
I have always loved food, cooking and helping people. It is also fun to help people discover new foods and consider new habits that will be meaningful to them. The idea of enhancing our health through our food choices is what inspired me to become a dietitian.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, my personal interests and hobbies revolve around my family. My husband and I have five kids who keep us busy. I love cooking and getting my kids involved in the kitchen. We also enjoy being active in the outdoors together.
