    Biography

    What I Do
I am a firm believer in providing empathetic, compassionate and respectful care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. My philosophy is grounded in the principles of evidence-based medicine and the collaborative nature of healthcare. The ability to practice medicine and be a part of our patients’ lives is a privilege that should humble us and never be taken for granted. I am committed to collaborating with you and gaining a deep understanding of your needs to offer individualized care.

My clinical interests include preventive care, acute illness, women's health, geriatrics, pediatrics, Medicare annual wellness, well-child examinations, school physicals, chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and COPD.

    Why I Love My Work
I find great joy in helping my patients, seeing them take ownership of their health and break stereotypes. I find it rewarding to be able to provide comfort during stressful moments and to advocate for them.

    Getting to Know Me
I grew up in Nigeria, where most doctors were male, and access was very limited. I knew in high school that I was destined to serve humanity. With the heavy encouragement and support from my loved ones, I had the chance to move to the United States to practice medicine. I feel right at home in Minnesota. I enjoy the landscapes, but I am still getting used to the winters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, cooking, traveling, reading and the nature Minnesota has to offer.
