    What I Do
Counseling is a pathway for growth and healing. It is my desire to come alongside, support, challenge, and encourage clients to find healing emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My clinical interests include adjustment issues; post-traumatic stress; developmental traumas; dissociation; social anxiety and phobias; mindfulness; existential issues; post-concussion and mild brain injury. I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life and backgrounds. I speak basic conversational Spanish.

Modalities: IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed; certified in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) at Master ART Practitioner level; other modalities frequently integrated include emotion focused therapy; mindfulness and self-compassion; somatic experiencing work; and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy perusing thrift stores, traveling to new (and old) places, and reading.
