  What I Do
  My philosophy of care is to elaborate on lifestyle, stress, life changes, mental health disorders and physical health. A behavioral health provider can assist in learning new skills to help manage those stressors and make healthy changes to the patient's lifestyle and habits. I work in collaboration with primary care providers at the clinic to provide integrated behavioral health issues.
