    What I Do
I chose family practice because I enjoy caring for patients throughout their entire lifespan. I strive to develop long standing patient relationships and am focused on teaching patients about maintaining a balance for optimal health.

    Why I Love My Work
I knew even as a little girl that I wanted to be a Nurse Practitioner. I love to create connections with my patients and am interested in their entire story. My history of working with oncology patients has helped me understand that there is more to a patient than a diagnosis. Sometimes an open heart and listening ear soothes the soul.

    Getting to Know Me
I was raised in Central Minnesota but decided that I wanted to move out of state to Colorado and Utah for some additional life experiences. I quickly realized there is no greater bond than that of family and moved back to the area to raise my family. It was important that my children get the opportunity to create a lifetime of memories surrounded by an extended family network.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, biking, hiking and being outdoors with my family. I also enjoy watching professional sports and am an avid Minnesota Viking fan.
